AarKel Software Automation Project

We achieve this by using our state of the art proprietary software ASAP (AarKel Software Automation Project) to reduce design costs up front and reduce lead times from the back end. Our automated mold design utilizes knowledge based engineering that wraps around your part design and gives us our mould design in 2 - 48 hrs (dependant on tool complexity). Our software development started in 2002 and continues today with over $1 million dollars invested. The software includes automated manifold design, data management, material management and revision control.

Prototype Team and Lead Times

AarKel Tool and Die has also implemented particular tool making techniques and technical solutions for creating production intent parts from fascias and instrument panels to small console and component accessories to meet all your prototype delivery and pricing expectations. We have our own dedicated team of prototype toolmakers who do not crossover, but understand what it takes to build a tool under tight time restrictions without jeopardizing quality. Also, by "recycling" our materials we are able to keep our tooling cost effective in an effort to pass those savings onto our customers.
